Philips has announced plans on mass producing a new e-ink foldable paper. Sounds really, really interested.

It’s actually an organic lcd.  Organic lcd’s will revolutionize many things.  They are paper thin and can be folded.  For example, one of the advertising uses will be on a beer can/bottle.  Instead of the boring static Budweiser label, imagine a paper thin organic lcd stuck to it (with a microprocessor of course) with moving graphics.  Personally, I’d rather pin-up a 60” organic to my wall to watch movies raspberry
