Google email

Rob Penn, an acquaintance of mine, sent me a google email (gmail) account invite.  I’d heard about this service since it came out, but had yet to really try it out, as it’s available by invitation only.

So far it seems ok.  Mostly like other web-based email services.  But from what I’ve read, google’s version really shines when you start getting lots of email.  It’s ability to sort, filter, catalog, and associate is said to be superb….

We shall see.  In the mean time, feel free to shoot me some emails at jakecovert at gmail dot com, so I can test it out.
